Operation Steps
Make sure the cake mold is clean and free of residue or oil stains. Prepare the cooking oil or special spray lubricant to be used, and ensure that it meets food safety standards.
Fill the container or nozzle part of the oil sprayer, usually the container with lubricant, according to the model and design of the oil sprayer.
According to the size and shape of the cake mold, adjust the spray pattern and spray intensity of the oil sprayer to ensure that the surface of the mold can be evenly coated.
Aim the oil sprayer at the inner surface of the cake mold, keep an appropriate distance, and spray the cooking oil or lubricant evenly. You can rotate or move the mold appropriately to ensure that the lubricant evenly covers the entire inner wall of the mold.
Lubrication and Maintenance
Regularly check the lubricating oil inside the decelerator and the conveyor stepper; supplement with it in time to a certain amount.
Regularly grease the conveyor chains with a little lubricating oil. Grease sliding parts such as the guide rod and the guide sleeve with cooking oil before work so as to ensure their smooth functioning.
Grease the double-body pressure regulating valve with oil and exhaust water in time so as to ensure the normal functioning of pneumatic components.
In order to ensure food hygiene, the machine must be washed and wiped clean before and after use. Do not use metal and thread tools that are prone to be unstitched to clean in case the valve core gets stuck.
Regularly check the fastening bolts of the cam control device to see whether they are loose.
Regularly check whether the sealing washer of the piston inside the ration pump is damaged or worn. If so, replace them in time.
Check on every part of the machine whether there are any bolts loose or falling off. If so, fix them tightly in time.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Model OIA and Model OIB oil sprayers?
Model OIA is designed to spray oil directly into the product molds to allow easy cake demoulding, while Model OIB is used to spray oil onto the surface of cakes, naans, and bread to improve their color and grade.
What mold shapes can the oil sprayer accommodate?
The machine is highly versatile and works perfectly with mold trays of various shapes, including round, oval, square, and rectangular styles.
What are the power and air pressure requirements for this machine?
The oil sprayer operates on a 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz electrical system with a power of 5.5kW. It requires an air pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa to function properly.
How often should the conveyor chains and sliding parts be lubricated?
The conveyor chains should be regularly greased with a little lubricating oil. The sliding parts, such as the guide rod and guide sleeve, must be greased with cooking oil before starting any production work.
What precautions should be taken when cleaning the machine?
To ensure food hygiene, the machine should be washed and wiped clean before and after use. You must avoid using metal tools or thread tools that easily unravel, as they can cause the valve core to get stuck.
