As many software platforms release their annual reports—using data to mark time and stories to reflect on the year—we decided, in the final days of 2025, to write our own “annual report” for Yufeng Donut Equipment.

This year was filled with the steady sound of machines in motion, moments when dough took shape in hot oil, and the rhythm of evenly colored, golden donuts coming out right on schedule.

If 2025 were a timeline, the Yufeng Donut machine would be the rotating center that never stops.

Our customers range from large-scale donut factories to chain bakery brands and neighborhood donut shops.

From back kitchens at five in the morning, to bustling commercial streets during holidays, to overseas markets with unfamiliar languages—our machine keeps the same steady rhythm, accompanying each store as they welcome the day’s first batch of donuts.

Like many annual summaries, we look back on 2025 through a few key words. They are not just summaries of machine performance, but reflections of real changes happening across the industry.

      a.Stability | From Manual Experience to Repeatable Results

As automation replaces purely manual work, donut production is shifting from “judging by experience” to “defined by parameters and results.”

This year, represented by the DPL480 fully automatic donut system, we achieved stable control across key processes including extrusion, proofing, frying, and glazing. Even across different shifts and operators, donuts maintain a consistent appearance and taste—providing chain stores with repeatable, low-variation output.

      b.Efficiency | Confidence During Peak Seasons

Holiday promotions and peak sales periods place higher demands on continuous operation and rhythm stability.

With the DPL480’s fully integrated process design, combined with modular machines such as Jelly Filler and Chocolate Icer, production shifts from fragmented operations to a smooth, continuous flow. Within a limited space, multiple product varieties can be produced in parallel. Even during peak hours, output remains orderly—boosting efficiency while reducing the risks associated with temporary labor increases and operational congestion.

      c.Upgrading | Evolution Driven by Real Usage Scenarios

From semi-automatic to fully automated, from single-function machine to multi-process collaboration, the donut machine continues to evolve.

Guided by real-world application, we refined operation logic and cleaning and maintenance structures—making the machine easier to use, simpler to maintain, and more reliable for long-term operation across different store sizes.

C.Listening to Real Needs on the Exhibition Floor

In 2025, we brought our machine and solutions closer to real industry environments.

From Modern Bakery in Moscow, Russia, to IBIE in Las Vegas, USA, we stood in exhibition halls across different countries, engaging face-to-face with baking professionals from around the world.

At these exhibitions, we observed:

• Differences in donut product preferences across markets;
• Practical demands of small and medium shops for compact layouts and user-friendly operation;
• Chain brands’ strong focus on consistency and standardization;
• Large donut factories’ emphasis on sustained capacity, automation levels, and line-wide efficiency.

Exhibitions are not just stages for showcasing equipment—they are opportunities for reverse learning. Feedback from the front lines continues to shape how we think about machine structure, functional combinations, and application scenarios.
