The Industrial Revolution of Donut Machines(1)
Legend has it that the earliest donuts weren't made for "looks," but rather to ensure the dough cooked more evenly during frying—a clever baker poked a hole in the center of the dough, and the donut was born. Back then, donuts were made entirely by hand, a true "handmade magic" in the kitchen.
Later, with the advent of the mechanical age, people began to use semi-automatic machine to replace some repetitive labor: dough began to be shaped by machines, oil temperature could be adjusted by temperature controllers, and donut making moved from an era of "relying on experience" to an era of "relying on data".
Yufeng adapts to this historical evolution, continuously driving the upgrade of donut production methods. Our semi-automatic donut machine — MD100+ —is suitable for donut chain stores, can produce up to 300 pcs/h, and can make both yeast and cake donuts. Changing the forming plug allows for the creation of different donut shapes—ring, Berliner, Mochi, ball, and French. While maintaining operational flexibility, it achieves a qualitative leap in efficiency, helping more and more stores transition from the "manual era" to the "mechanical era."

As some donut chain stores continue to improve standardization and production capacity, Yufeng has developed the smallest fully automatic donut machine - DPLmini480, with a single-hour output of 480 donuts, covering the entire process of extrusion, proofing, frying, and glazing. It achieves automatic forming, precise temperature control, and stable output, officially ushering in the "fully automatic era" of donut production.

For large-scale donut factories, we have developed a complete fully automatic donut production line – the DPL series. This series can achieve outputs of 1200, 2400, 4800, and 9600 per hour. Standard models cover the entire process of extrusion, proofing, frying, and glazing, while non-standard models can be customized to handle filling, topping, coating, and packaging processes, transforming donuts from "kitchen food" into truly "industrial-grade products".

From a tiny "round hole" to today's intelligent production line, the journey of the donut is not just a culinary history, but also a fascinating history of industrial evolution. Yufeng will continue to work with the industry to drive this industrial revolution in the donut sector.
