Our extruded donut production line can reach a maximum capacity of 10,000 pcs/hour. It is a fully automatic turnkey line covering everything from donut forming to packaging, featuring multi-functionality to meet diverse operational needs.

Specifically designed for baked goods such as pizza, Cantonese tart shells, and donuts. Its flexible capacity adapts to different product needs.

The frame, chains, and casing are made of 304 stainless steel, with food-grade UPE plastic parts to ensure food safety. Equipped with German FAG bearings, SEW motors, and Siemens/Schneider electronics for extended lifespan and stability.

The BPL series can be equipped with various forming lines to produce dozens of different products. It features a fully automatic panning system that can be adjusted based on specific requirements. Its flexible, modular design allows for quick changes and adjustments across different stages to produce multiple product varieties.

he BLPL-600 is primarily used to produce laminated dough for various pastry products. The fat-to-dough ratio can be adjusted according to customer requirements, significantly reducing manual labor costs. Highly automated, stable, and reliable, this line complies with European standards and features a high-end configuration.

The CPL-800 is a complete, fully automatic croissant line. Two sets of ultra-cooling freezers enable the integration of freezing, laminating, and forming. Croissant dimensions can be customized. The line integrates automatic stamping, turning, and rolling, realizing true industrial mass production.

The BAGPL-800 utilizes German SEW motors to ensure precise operation. It is equipped with German FAG maintenance-free ball bearings and Swedish SKF self-aligning bearings. The control system integrates a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC with Schneider low-voltage electrical units for clear, intelligent control. With a total power of 141 kW and an hourly capacity of up to 2 tons, its powerful performance and top-tier craftsmanship help enterprises significantly boost efficiency and quality.

The TPL-1200 boasts an hourly capacity of 31,200 pieces and supports customized molds. Covering an area of 100 m², it requires only 4-5 operators, ensuring high efficiency and labor savings. Core components use 304 stainless steel, food-grade UPE, imported German bearings, SEW motors, and international brand electronics. Safe and durable, it is the ideal choice for large-scale production.
