Fully Automatic Tart Shell Production Line
The BAGPL-800 is a large-scale continuous tart stick production line that integrates Dough Resting → Dough Slapping → Multi-roller Sheeting → Counter-roller Pressing → Flour Dusting → Stick Forming → Cutting → Auto Panning. Powered by Germany SEW, Japan Shanteng, and Taiwan Shihlin servo motors, the line features Germany FAG maintenance-free ball bearings, Sweden SKF, and FAG dust-proof & water-proof spherical roller bearings. Combined with Denmark Danfoss VFDs and a Japan Mitsubishi PLC + HMI + Schneider low-voltage control system, it ensures outstanding stability and precision under heavy-duty, continuous operation.
With a capacity of 2 tons/hr, total power of approx. 141 kW (380V / 50Hz / 3-phase 5-wire), and a footprint of 32 m × 10 m × 4.5 m, the line requires a floor load of >650 kg/m² and weighs approx. 28 tons. From dough conditioning to finished product panning, the entire process is fully automated—making it the ideal turnkey solution for industrial-scale tart stick manufacturing.
