Multi-Functional Bread Production Line

The BPL-600/800 series is a highly versatile multi-functional bread forming line that can be equipped with various forming units to produce dozens of different bread varieties. The line integrates the complete process from Dough Feeding → Sheeting Machine → Longitudinal Cutter → Bread Moulder → Cutting Station → Auto Panning, and features a fully automatic panning system that can be adjusted according to customer requirements for different products, effectively reducing labor costs.

This forming line can be combined with various production lines to create products of different shapes and sizes. Its flexible, modular design allows for quick changeover and adjustment of different stations to produce other product types. The number of multi-roller sheeting stations is adjustable per requirement; the injector type is selectable based on product type; and auto panning equipment is available upon request.

The line is available in two models: BPL-600 with a 600 mm dough sheet width, 1,500 kg/hr capacity, and 6,000 kg total weight; and BPL-800 with an 800 mm dough sheet width, 2,000 kg/hr capacity, and 7,000 kg total weight. Both models feature a linear layout with machine dimensions of 20,000 × 2,500 × 2,100 mm (L × W × H), dough sheet thickness range of 2–30 mm, total power of 20 kW, and a Germany Siemens HMI touch screen control system—making it the ideal solution for large-scale, multi-variety industrial bread production.
