Make-up and Forming(Cutting-Proofing-Injection-Glazing-Dectorating)
Cutting: The extruder makes pressure-cut raised donuts efficiently.The Ring Cutter is for cutting donuts with hole;the Shell Cutter is for cutting donuts without hole.Adjustments can be made to the required donuts weights and sizes by changing the program and pressure, etc.
Proofer: By adjusting the humidity, temperature, and transfer time in the proofer, the donuts can be fermented well, producing round, beautiful, and delicious donuts.
Injection: If you want to produce filled donuts, you can purchase a filling machine according to your needs to make the flavors and types of sweets more diverse.
Fryer
DPL Series have two types of fryer.One is gas and the other is electric models.The whole production line is equipped with micro computer temperature and frying time controller, variable speed conveyor belt drive, excellent material, minimum maintenance, plc control and energy efficient.
