The TPL-1200 Fully Automatic Tart Shell Production Line is a high-efficiency continuous system that integrates Auto Tray Loading → Dual-Stage Dough Slicing & Depositing → Dual-Stage Pressing & Forming → Auto De-molding. Built with a SS304 stainless steel frame and food-grade UPE components, it features German-imported AFG bearings and a premium electrical system from Schneider, Siemens, Danfoss, Omron, and FESTO, ensuring outstanding reliability under heavy-duty operation.
With an output of 31,200 pcs/hr (26 rows/min × 20 pcs/row) and an average piece weight of approx. 23 g, the line supports custom mold designs to meet diverse product requirements.
