TA Series Fully Automatic Cake Production Line

The TA Series is a fully automatic turnkey production line designed for industrial cake manufacturing, suitable for bear cakes, cupcakes, custard cakes, and muffins. The integrated system covers the entire workflow from mixing, forming, and baking to de-panning, cooling, and packaging, achieving fully automated operation from batter depositing to finished product discharge with minimal manual input.

At the front end, a continuous aeration mixing system prepares the batter. The forming section includes greasing, paper cup de-nesting, precise dough depositing (10–100 g/time), injecting (2–20 g/time), decorating, and optional cookie forming equipment. The tunnel oven features direct-fired convection technology with a maximum temperature of 300°C, combined with zoned temperature and moisture control and variable-frequency chain speed (0–2 m/min). This ensures raw batter enters the oven at optimal baking conditions, significantly reducing baking time and energy consumption. The de-panning section utilizes linear needle or vacuum systems with a maximum speed of 4 cycles/min (1–2 trays/time). Downstream, the line seamlessly connects to UV cooling, ambient cooling, or blast freezing, followed by auto packaging for final output.
