China Suppliers Factory DEA & DEB Depositor and Dough Forming Machine for Precise Batter Filling
Two Types of Depositor
DEA: The depositor model DEA is piston depositors. It is mounted on an intermittent chain conveyor where baking trays travel on. As optional, it can be fixed depositing head, movable depositing head or 2 color depositing. There is automatic C.I.P. washing system to clean the machine quickly and effectively.
DEB: The depositor model DEB is specifically designed to fill batters in flat trays or work on continuous running conveyors. It fits for big volume batter depositing.

Operation
1
Preparation
Ensure that all operators are familiar with the equipment's operating manual and safety operating procedures, and prepare the required raw materials and cake molding molds.
2
Equipment startup
Turn on the power supply according to the instructions in the operating manual and perform a self-test of the equipment.
3
Set parameters
Set the equipment's working parameters, including time, temperature, and pressure, according to the type and specifications of the cake to be made.
4
Feeding and molding
Put the prepared cake ingredients into the hopper of the molding machine, start the molding process, and ensure that the molding mold is accurately placed and fixed to avoid unnecessary waste and damage. There are two ways to mold Double-color cakes, left-right molding and top-down molding.
5
Monitoring and adjustment
During the molding process, closely monitor the equipment's operating status and product quality. Adjust the equipment's operating parameters at any time to ensure that the molded cakes meet quality standards.
Maintenance Recommendations
Regular cleaning
After each use, clean the internal and external surfaces of the equipment, especially the parts that come into contact with food. Clean and disinfect the molding molds regularly to avoid cross contamination and product quality problems.
Lubrication and maintenance
Check the lubrication of the equipment regularly to ensure that the mechanical parts run smoothly.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the main difference between DEA and DEB models?
The DEA model is a piston-based depositor designed for intermittent chain conveyors, while the DEB model is specifically designed for filling batters in flat trays or continuous conveyors, suitable for larger volumes.
Can the depositing quantity be adjusted on these machines?
Yes, for the DEA model, the depositing quantity is adjustable between 10-100g per time. For the DEB model, the quantity depends on the filling time settings.
How does the automatic C.I.P. washing system work in the DEA model?
The Clean-In-Place (C.I.P.) system allows for quick and effective cleaning of the internal components without disassembling the entire machine, ensuring high hygiene standards.
What are the power and air pressure requirements for operation?
Both models typically require a 3-phase 380V 50Hz power supply and an air pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa from an external gas source.
Does the machine support multi-color cake depositing?
Yes, the DEA model offers an optional 2-color depositing head. The operation manual also mentions left-right and top-down molding methods for double-color cakes.
What is the recommended cleaning frequency?
It is recommended to clean all internal and external surfaces, especially food-contact parts, after every use. Molding molds should be disinfected regularly to prevent contamination.
