Operation Steps
1
Set up the oil sprayer
Fill the container or nozzle part of the oil sprayer, usually the container with lubricant, according to the model and design of the oil sprayer.
2
Adjust the spraying
According to the size and shape of the cake mold, adjust the spray pattern and spray intensity of the oil sprayer to ensure that the surface of the mold can be evenly coated.
3
Spray the mold
Aim the oil sprayer at the inner surface of the cake mold, keep an appropriate distance, and spray the cooking oil or lubricant evenly. You can rotate or move the mold appropriately to ensure that the lubricant evenly covers the entire inner wall of the mold.

Cup drop
The machine drops the pre-stacked cups from the stack in the set order and accurately places them in the specified position.
5
Feeding and molding
Put the prepared cake ingredients into the hopper of the molding machine, start the molding process, and ensure that the molding mold is accurately placed and fixed to avoid unnecessary waste and damage. There are two ways to mold Double-color cakes, left-right molding and top-down molding.
6
Set up the filling machine
Adjust and install the filling head or filling tube according to production requirements and cake specifications. The filling head can be replaced or adjusted according to different fillings and cake types.
7
Fill the filling
Prepare a large amount of filling that meets food safety standards and fill it into the hopper of the filling machine.
8
Automatic Depanning
The depanner will automatically remove the cake from the mold plate through the depanner plate. Ensure that the depanner process is smooth to avoid additional impact or damage to the cake.
9
Remove the cake
When the cake is removed from the mold and safely transported to the designated location, the depanner will place it on the corresponding workbench or conveyor belt.
