Operation
1
Preparation: Make sure the cake mold is clean and free of residue or oil stains. Prepare the cooking oil or special spray lubricant to be used, and ensure that it meets food safety standards.
2
Set up the oil sprayer: Fill the container or nozzle part of the oil sprayer, usually the container with lubricant, according to the model and design of the oil sprayer.
3
Adjust the spraying: According to the size and shape of the cake mold, adjust the spray pattern and spray intensity of the oil sprayer to ensure that the surface of the mold can be evenly coated.
4
Spray the mold: Aim the oil sprayer at the inner surface of the cake mold, keep an appropriate distance, and spray the cooking oil or lubricant evenly. You can rotate or move the mold appropriately to ensure that the lubricant evenly covers the entire inner wall of the mold.
Lubrication and Maintenance
Strict regulations for operation and maintenance are an important guarantee for normal functioning of the machine and prolonging its service life.
- ✔ Regularly check the lubricating oil inside the decelerator and the conveyor stepper; supplement in time.
- ✔ Regularly grease the conveyor chains with a little lubricating oil. Grease sliding parts such as guide rods before work.
- ✔ Grease the double-body pressure regulating valve and exhaust water in time to ensure pneumatic safety.
- ✔ For food hygiene, wash and wipe the machine clean before and after use. Avoid metal tools that damage valves.
- ✔ Regularly check fastening bolts of the cam control device to ensure they are not loose.
- ✔ Check sealing washers of the ration pump piston for wear and replace if necessary.
- ✔ Inspect every part of the machine for loose or falling bolts and fix them tightly.
Frequently Asked Questions
