Product Application
Refer to the machine manual, first put the finished bake cakes/donuts into the mesh plate in turn, fix the mesh plate onto the fixing rack. After fixed, press the handle, Transmission mechanism supports the icing pan up, when the icing material glaze the cakes/ donuts, Rotate the handle, open the mesh plate and take out the cakes & donuts. After production, please clean the mesh plate and place it back to mesh plate shelf.
Main Points of Machine Installation
- Place the machine in the workshop; regulate the adjustable feet to have it leveled.
- Introduce a power supply (1Ph, 220V) to the machine and access it to the ground.
- Pour the icing material into the icing pan.
- Setup the temperature to 45-50℃, heating the icing material.
