The DPL-1200 produces 1,000 to 1,200 pieces per hour with a single-zone proofer, while the higher-capacity DPL-2400 produces 2,000 to 2,400 pieces per hour utilizing a dual-zone proofer system.
Both models support either Electrical heating or Gas heating (compatible with Natural Gas and LPG/Oil Gas). Electrical models run at 34kW (DPL-1200) or 47kW (DPL-2400), while Gas models require 22kW and 29kW respectively under 3-phase 380V 50Hz.
The standard basic proofing duration is set to 40 minutes across both the DPL-1200 and DPL-2400 production lines to ensure uniform dough rise and premium product texture.
The continuous production line integrates four core processing units: an automated Proofer, a high-efficiency Fryer, an even-coating Glazer, and a dedicated Cooling Conveyor.
The overall equipment dimensions are 11,010 × 1,800 × 2,595 mm for the DPL-1200 line and 13,600 × 1,800 × 2,595 mm for the DPL-2400 line. Additional clearance around the line is recommended for operator workflow and maintenance access.
