China Depositor and Dough Forming Machine Suppliers - High-Quality Bakery Equipment from Factory
Two Types of Depositor
DEA Depositor
The depositor model DEA features piston depositors. It is mounted on an intermittent chain conveyor where baking trays travel on. As optional, it can be configured with a fixed depositing head, movable depositing head, or 2-color depositing. There is an automatic C.I.P. washing system integrated to clean the machine quickly and effectively.
DEB Depositor
The depositor model DEB is specifically designed to fill batters in flat trays or work on continuous running conveyors. It is ideally suited for big volume batter depositing requirements.

Operation
Preparation
Ensure that all operators are familiar with the equipment's operating manual and safety operating procedures, and prepare the required raw materials and cake molding molds.
Equipment startup
Turn on the power supply according to the instructions in the operating manual and perform a self-test of the equipment.
Set parameters
Set the equipment's working parameters, including time, temperature, and pressure, according to the type and specifications of the cake to be made.
Feeding and molding
Put the prepared cake ingredients into the hopper of the molding machine, start the molding process, and ensure that the molding mold is accurately placed and fixed to avoid unnecessary waste and damage. There are two ways to mold Double-color cakes, left-right molding and top-down molding.
Monitoring and adjustment
During the molding process, closely monitor the equipment's operating status and product quality. Adjust the equipment's operating parameters at any time to ensure that the molded cakes meet quality standards.
Maintenance Recommendations
Regular cleaning
After each use, clean the internal and external surfaces of the equipment, especially the parts that come into contact with food. Clean and disinfect the molding molds regularly to avoid cross-contamination and product quality problems.
Lubrication and maintenance
Check the lubrication of the equipment regularly to ensure that the mechanical parts run smoothly.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the main differences between the DEA and DEB depositor models?
The DEA model is a piston depositor mounted on an intermittent chain conveyor, ideal for fixed/movable depositing heads or 2-color depositing, and includes a built-in C.I.P. washing system. The DEB model is specifically designed for filling batters in flat trays or working on continuous running conveyors, making it ideal for high-volume batter depositing.
What is the depositing speed of the DEA and DEB machines?
The DEA model has a depositing speed of 15 to 20 times per minute. The DEB model operates at a speed of 3 to 6 trays per minute, optimized for standard 400*600mm flat trays.
How are double-color cakes molded using this equipment?
The equipment supports two distinct ways to mold double-color cakes: left-right molding and top-down molding, allowing for versatile product designs.
What are the power and air requirements for operation?
Both models run on a standard 3 Phase, 380V, 50Hz power supply (optional) and require an air pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa. The DEA model consumes up to 0.5m³/min of air, while the DEB model requires 0.1m³/min from an external gas source.
How should the machine be cleaned and maintained?
It is recommended to clean all food-contact surfaces and disinfect molding molds after each use to prevent cross-contamination. Additionally, check the mechanical parts regularly to ensure proper lubrication and smooth operation.
