China Depositor and Dough Forming Machine - Factory Suppliers for Efficient Batter Filling Solutions

The depositor is an essential machine utilized for accurately filling batters into molds. It can be configured as a standalone unit, a C-shaped frame, or integrated directly into a production line, depending on your operational requirements. As a leading supplier and factory in China, we ensure our depositors meet high-quality standards, enhancing efficiency and productivity in your manufacturing process. Optimize your production with our reliable and expertly designed depositors tailored for various applications
  • Model DEA
  • Dispensing Speed 15-20times/min
  • Model DEB
  • Dispensing Speed 3-6tray/min(tray size 400*600mm)

Two Types of Depositor

DEA Model

The depositor model DEA is a piston depositor. It is mounted on an intermittent chain conveyor where baking trays travel. As an optional feature, it can be equipped with a fixed depositing head, movable depositing head, or 2-color depositing. There is an automatic C.I.P. washing system to clean the machine quickly and effectively.

DEB Model

The depositor model DEB is specifically designed to fill batters in flat trays or work on continuous running conveyors. It is ideal for big volume batter depositing.

Operation

1
Preparation: Ensure that all operators are familiar with the equipment's operating manual and safety operating procedures, and prepare the required raw materials and cake molding molds.
2
Equipment startup: Turn on the power supply according to the instructions in the operating manual and perform a self-test of the equipment.
3
Set parameters: Set the equipment's working parameters, including time, temperature, and pressure, according to the type and specifications of the cake to be made.
4
Feeding and molding: Put the prepared cake ingredients into the hopper of the molding machine, start the molding process, and ensure that the molding mold is accurately placed and fixed to avoid unnecessary waste and damage. There are two ways to mold Double-color cakes, left-right molding and top-down molding.
5
Monitoring and adjustment: During the molding process, closely monitor the equipment's operating status and product quality. Adjust the equipment's operating parameters at any time to ensure that the molded cakes meet quality standards.

Maintenance Recommendations

1
Regular cleaning: After each use, clean the internal and external surfaces of the equipment, especially the parts that come into contact with food. Clean and disinfect the molding molds regularly to avoid cross-contamination and product quality problems.
2
Lubrication and maintenance: Check the lubrication of the equipment regularly to ensure that the mechanical parts run smoothly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the primary difference between DEA and DEB models?
The DEA is a piston-type depositor mounted on an intermittent chain conveyor, while the DEB is designed for flat trays or continuous conveyors, making it suitable for high-volume depositing.
Does the machine support two-color cake production?
Yes, the DEA model offers an optional 2-color depositing head. It supports two molding methods: left-right molding and top-down molding.
How easy is it to clean the DEA model?
The DEA model is equipped with an automatic C.I.P. (Clean-In-Place) washing system, which allows for quick, effective, and hygienic cleaning of the machine.
What are the power requirements for these depositors?
Both models typically operate on a 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz power supply, though other specifications can be requested as options.
What air pressure is required for operation?
Both the DEA and DEB models require an air pressure between 0.6 and 0.8 MPa to function correctly.
Can the depositing quantity be adjusted?
Yes, for the DEA model, the quantity is adjustable between 10-100g per time. For the DEB model, the quantity depends on the filling time settings.
