This machine provides fast, uniform chocolate glazing of cakes, bread and donuts. The icer conveniently ices one full screen at a time. It is on moveable casters and requires little space. Stainless steel construction and sound design facilitate cleaning and provide a durable product that will stand up to years of everyday use.

Product Application

Refer to the machine manual,first put the finished bake cakes/donuts into the mesh plate in turn, fix the mesh plate
onto the fixing rack. After fixed, press the handle,  Transmission mechanism supports
the icing pan up, when the icing material glaze the cakes/ donuts,  Rotate the handle,
open the mesh plate and take out the cakes & donuts.  
After production, please clean the mesh plate and place it back to mesh plate shelf.

Main Points of Machine Installation

1.Place the machine in the workshop; regulate the adjustable feet to have it leveled.
2.Introduce a power supply (1Ph, 220V) to the machine and access it to the ground.
3.Pour the icing material into the icing pan.
4.Setup the temperature to 45-50℃, heating the icing material.
NO NEED TO PUT WATER TO HEAT UP
It will be ready for operation and adjustment after all the above have been done.

Troubleshooting

1.Machinery operation malfunction: A specific analysis should be conducted to find out in which part of the machine the malfunction exists. Check, repair and adjust the machine according to their working principles.
2.If encounter any block when operating the machine, immediately stop. Check and operate again.

Lubrication And Maintenance

Strict regulations for operation and maintenance are an important guarantee for normal functioning of the machine and prolonging its service life.
1.Regularly add the lubricating oil inside the sliding parts (guide rod, guide sleeve) so as to ensure their smooth functioning to make sure the sliding parts move smoothly.
2.In order to ensure food hygiene, the machine must be washed and wiped clean
before and after use.
