Production Process

1. The scope of supply starts with a specially constructed mixing tank, and all raw materials are manually batched. According to the order and quantity required by the recipe, they are manually introduced into the mixing tank. Different materials can be added, and different mixing speeds and times can be set on the touch screen.

2. When the mixing process is completed, the delivery pump is turned on to pump the entire tank of powder paste to the transfer tank. The main pump at the bottom of the transfer tank pumps the egg paste to the mixing head according to the set quantity.

3. The compressed air and the synchronously controlled main pump are injected into the mixing head according to the quantity set on the touch screen of the main control panel. The rotor and stator needle in the mixing head evenly mix the air and egg paste to achieve the required density and structure. The inflated cake powder paste is transported from the mixing head to the cake filling machine.
